Welcome to Papaya Information Resource v1.0 !

The Papaya Information Resource (PAIR v1.0), launched by Dr. Fei Chen, maintains a database of genetic and molecular biology data for the tropical fruit tree Carica papaya. Currently, PAIR integrates the four omics data and tools, including genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, and metabolomics. Unlike the webpage of papaya in comprehensive database, such as phytozome, PLAZA, or ensembl databases that also harbors a fraction of papaya genomic data, PAIR aims to be the one-stop platform for papaya community, researchers and breeders, as well as evolutionary biologists. In the future, we will frequently update PAIR to make it sustain the growing needs.

The PAIR aims to be the leading one-stop platform providing multi-omic data and tools for the papaya R&D community. 2, We offer the breeding data, products, as well as the tree biology, disease information for the R&D community.
